At 10:58, Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, along with Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department and Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad, was dispatched to a two vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident at Three Notch Road and Hollywood Road. Ambulance 798 responded with 4 crew members. Upon arrival, the crews examined the occupants of both vehicles. One patient was transported to a local hospital for evaluation, the second patient signed a refusal.
