At 17:49, St. Mary's County Fire Board dispatched The Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department and Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad to the intersection of Three Notch Road and St. John's Road for the automobile accident. Ambulance 796 responded shortly after dispatch with 3 personnel. Upon arrival, the crew discovered 2 vehicles involved. A-796 transported 2 patients to St. Mary's Hospital.
