At 1821 Hours, St. Mary's County Fireboard dispatched Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, along with Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department, Leonardtown Volunteer Rescue Squad, Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department and St. Mary's ALS for a Motor Vehicle Accident reported serious near the intersection of Three Notch Road and Sotterly Road. Crews arrived to find three vehicles, with one vehicle on its side, blocking North Bound Three Notch Road. One patient was transported to a local hospital for evaluation, while two patients were flown by Maryland State Police Helicopter to an area Trauma Center for evaluation.
