Beware of Carbon Monoxide during Winter Months
Email Print RSS Facebook Twitter RSS

By Engineer Greg Whitman
January 15, 2014

Carbon Monoxide or CO is an odorless, colorless gas that can cause sudden injury or death. CO is produced anytime a fossil fuel is burned in a furnace, vehicle generator, grill or elsewhere. CO from these sources can build up in enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces and posion the people and animals in them.

Please NEVER use a generator indoors, in garages or in carports! Always make sure they are operated OUTSIDE!
