At 15:55, The Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, along with The Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department, Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Mechanicsville Volunteer Rescue Squad were alerted to a Motor Vehicle Accident on Three Notch Road. Ambulance 796 responded and found an occupant of one of the vehicles had been ejected as a result of the collision. A helicopter was requested to transport the patient to a local trauma center.
